NEW BEDFORD— A Sconticut Neck home with a generous stretch of private beach sold for under $1 million in Fairhaven recently.
The home, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and about 2,300 square feet of living space, is also relatively new, constructed in 2007.
It sold for $882,500 on April 22, according to real estate and mortgage data company The Warren Group.

Facing west across Buzzards Bay toward Fort Phoenix and New Bedford, the home will spoil its new owners with panoramic water views, abundantnatural light and spectacular sunsets.The primary bedroom suite on the upper level has its own balcony deck.

The top-selling residential property in all of the SouthCoast for the week of April 18-22, according to The Warren Group, was in Dartmouth, where another home on the waterfront on Buzzards Bay sold for $2.25 million.
In New Bedford, the top-selling property was a single-family home on Rodney French Boulevard, with unobstructed water views of Clarks Cove,that sold for $549,000.
